"We are thrilled with the new changes and believe that they greatly strengthen the core of PAES, which is to provide student data-driven results that will enhance our ability to plan for the future of our students."
— Wayne Foglesong, Principal

The challenge
Miller is a career and transition center by name and by function. Its purpose is to ready students for post-secondary work and adult life. That makes it one of the places where vocational assessment has to earn its keep. If the assessment does not produce data the program can act on, the program is working with less than it should. [Fuller challenge narrative from Wayne's interview.]
The implementation
[Confirm with Wayne: year of adoption, lab configuration, number of students served per cohort, supervisor roles trained, integration with the wider transition center curriculum.]
The outcome
For students: [Named student examples from Wayne's interview. Miller's cohort profile is a strong match for PAES's design, and specific outcome stories will be powerful here.]
For supervisors: Wayne's framing — "data-driven results that will enhance our ability to plan for the future of our students" — names the core of what transition centers need assessment to do. PAES produces that data.
For the program: [Program-level outcomes from Wayne: placement rates, family response, inspector or board response, expansion plans.]
What's next
[Wayne to confirm: how Miller is scaling PAES, whether it is expanding across affiliated programs, and what the 12-to-24 month plan looks like.]
